Private-sector organizations providing goods and services to the state government human resource management arena are welcomed and encouraged to join the association as corporate members. The organization holds the membership with one employee serving as the primary contact. Examples of NASPE's corporate members include information technology firms providing HRIS or applicant-tracking systems, HR consulting firms, health insurance companies, employee discount program providers, and employee assistance program providers.

Corporate membership opportunities include access to NASPE publications, the Members Only section of NASPE website, reduced member registration fees to the Annual Meeting, sponsorship of NASPE publications, and a number of networking opportunities.
