Who should attend? 
State HR Directors and Deputy Directors (or other senior-level staff representing the State HR Director) may attend this meeting. Corporate members and sponsors may attend Friday and Saturday sessions as outlined in the preliminary agenda. 

Loews Madison Hotel 
All meeting events will be held at the Loews Madison Hotel at 1177 15 St. NW in Washington, DC. Sleeping rooms have been reserved for January 22-January 25 at a rate of $160+tax/night. To make your reservations, call 855-325-6397 and let them know you are with NASPE. Reservations must be made by January 5 to ensure the conference rate. 

Registration Fee
The registration fee is $325 for state members and corporate members. Corporate sponsors should refer to the corporate sponsorship benefits guide regarding registration fees for the meeting. State members who have not yet utilized their travel benefit for FY2015, contact Leslie Scott at [email protected]. 

Cancellation
To cancel your registration, contact Leslie Scott at [email protected] or at 859-244-8182. Registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee, through January 9. After this date, registration fees will not be refunded. Substitutions will be accepted any time.
